Travel Care Air Publishes Embassy Guide App
Travel Care Air, the leading international air ambulance company in the United States, is proud to announce the launch of our second mobile app. In January the air ambulance company published the Travel Care Embassy Guide, now available on Google Play for any Android device. Travel Care Air is now the only air ambulance company in the world with two mobile apps available on thousands of devices.
Travel Care’s Embassy Guide gives United States residents instant access to contact information for U.S. Embassy and Consulates throughout the world. The app provides one-click call and email features for almost every Embassy and Consulate, including the post popular countries that Americans visit.
Travelers simply need to download the free app and search (in alphabetical order, by city/country) for the Embassy or Consulate they need to contact. Each Embassy and Consulate includes phone (available for most) and email. Where no contact information is up to date, a link to the website is provided to direct travelers to current contact information.
Travel Care saw the need for the mobile app because of its extensive air ambulance missions throughout the world. The company’s owner believes this app will help cut down on the panic and frustration that travelers can find themselves in if they have an issue in another country. “We believe this app will be useful to American’s traveling or visiting overseas,” Travel Care Owner Ronald J. Schaberg said. “Access to help at a moment’s notice can save a lot of frustration for travelers by quickly putting them in charge with people who can help them, regardless of the situation.”
In addition to the contact features for U.S. Embassy and Consulates, the app includes a contact page for anyone needing an air ambulance. “We want travelers to know they can contact us anytime if they are in need,” Schaberg said. “Some people who need to reach out for help to an Embassy and Consulate often have medical needs that we can assist with.” The app includes a free quote request, allowing people in need to have financial information quickly available.
Travel Care’s Embassy Guide has already been downloaded in countries like Mali, Tanzania and Yemen. Information published on the contact pages is current as of December, 2016. Updates will be made frequently to ensure the most up to date information. The Travel Care Embassy Guide is available, for free without any ads.
